Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
AUSTRALIAN STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer FREE Domestic shipping around Australia. We use a domestic courier service, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We charge a flat fee of $10 for all domestic express orders. We use Australia Post Express service, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Shipping lead time is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
We offer International courier shipping on all orders for a flat fee of $15. The shipping time frame for international orders are 10-15 days door to door shipping with full tracking, which do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES:
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. DFINE WORLD is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund. You may be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase. Please note these charges are implemented by your countries government and are not associated with Australia Post. If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, our courier service, or DFINE WORLD will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with DFINE WORLF via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped.
